MindBody Robin, owned and operated by Robin Graine, is a certified personal training fitness and mind body exercise practice. We come to you -- at your home -- with all the equipment and knowledge that you will need to get your exercise program started on day one!

For nearly a decade, MindBody Robin has been committed to serving the community by helping Northern Virginians get fit, stay healthy, lose weight, tone muscles and move out of painful body misalignments.

Our personalized training programs include a creative combination of several disciplines – Pilates, Yoga, Power Yoga, Weight Lifting, Cardio Conditioning and simple, effective Nutriton & Lifestyle Advice – tailored to your goals, needs and preferences. MindBody Robin will help you overcome your fitness obstacles and learn how to incorporate mind body wellness techniques into your everyday life.
